Refund Policy

*All Ticket Sales and Donations Are Final*

If You Cannot Attend the Event

If you are unable to attend:

  • Your ticket purchase will be recognized as a charitable donation,

  • You may give your ticket(s) to someone else, or

  • You can notify us so we can plan accordingly.

We kindly request that guests provide notice at least one (1) week before the event if they know they cannot attend.

Tax Recognition

Because your payment becomes a charitable donation if you cannot attend, we can provide a donation acknowledgment for your records upon request.
